Live, Love, Lasagna Community Dinner|Wednesday, November 14. Shifts from 4 p.m to 9 p.m. This is a free community dinner open to all students and their families. Kindergarten Move Help. Friday, Oct. 26. Anytime between 9 a.m to 1 p.m.  The Kindergarten teachers have some precious supplies and furniture they would like to move to the main campus themselves (a moving company will handle the rest over the weekend). We have a U-Haul reserved and need a crew of parents to help load and unload it. Please sign up for any time you can help, even if it’s just breaking a quick sweat during your lunch break. Thank you! Clean Up Crew. Oct. 15-17, 8:00-10:00am. The teachers did an epic purge of all the nooks and crannies of the school and they need help getting things out of the building. Help move the boxes, books, unusable supplies, and miscellany from the building to a vehicle (yours or someone else’s) and deliver to Goodwill, Scrap, or possibly directly to the dumpster or recycling bin. There’s lots of stuff to go, possibly some gems buried deep in there. You are welcome to keep anything that is of interest to you. It’s all up for grabs. Come help clean up! Sign up here

We need volunteers to sell pizza and supervise activities in classrooms. The classroom activities are doable for all ages, materials and directions are provided. Lost & Found Sorting & Washing: Monday, March 19th & Tuesday March 20th. Our lost and found is overflowing!! We need your help to sort clothing, return items with names on them to the right classes, and bag the unidentified items. Once clothes have been bagged people can sign up to take a bag home to wash and return to school. Sign up here.

Chapman Auction. Saturday, March 10. There are opportunities to volunteer before the event for set up, during the event, and after the event. This is our largest fundraiser and takes an enormous amount of volunteer hours. Please find a time that you can pitch in! Sign up here.

Volunteers are needed to slice and serve a variety of citrus fruits to the kiddos as they move through the tasting stations. Please bring a knife and cutting board for chopping fruit. Chapman Annual Auction Procurement Chapman’s annual auction, the school’s biggest fundraiser of the year, is right around the corner.  On Saturday March 10th, we will be transported to NOLA to celebrate Mardi Gras, swift style.  It takes a lot of manpower to put on a successful auction & gala…WE NEED YOUR HELP!
